We tailor the rollout, train the relevant stakeholders, and check in as it runs.
4
Learn & scale
Feedback interviews and analysis for your leadership, then a stronger second round.
Your team keeps full control over curriculum and coaching. We bring the content, technology, and process; you bring the context and the final call.
Goldi fits inside existing courses and programs
Short sessions and real-world assignments that shift mindsets, teach skills, and build habits — so learners practice in the classes they are already taking, and staff can assign and track that practice. Every setting starts with people already in reach. No cold strangers.
General education is where students are still deciding who to become, and it is where Goldi does its earliest work. In first-year seminars it replaces the usual “explore your major” worksheet with a real conversation to go have and a debrief afterward. In English and communications courses, the story-building and outreach work doubles as the writing assignment — students draft an introduction, revise it with Goldi, and send a real message, so the composition has an audience outside the classroom.

What Educators say
“Goldi is a force multiplier: it doesn’t give them the answer, and it doesn’t replace the incredible support our faculty and staff provide. With the right support, students stay connected and move forward with purpose.”

Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart
Chancellor
Austin Community College
“Getting a great job is so much more than checking boxes on a resume. Goldi provides our students individualized coaching — they emerge confident and prepared to tell their stories.”

Jessica Hills Seliger
Dean of Workforce Development & Continuing Education
Bronx Community College
“Talent alone is not enough to unlock opportunity. Goldi helps students build the confidence to ask, connect, and engage, while developing the networks needed to access the hidden job market.”

Amy Bosley, Ed.D.
President
Dean of Workforce Development & Continuing Education
“I assigned my students three Goldi modules — Tell Me Your Story, Answer the Question: Tell Me About Yourself, and Find Common Ground. Students who completed them had richer introduction posts, and the connections between students felt genuine and deeper than in previous iterations of this activity.”

Joansandy Wong
Assistant Department Chair
Austin Community College
"At CCAC, we prepare students not only for college completion but also for long-term career success, strengthening communication skills, career readiness, and professional confidence through innovative AI technology, personalized support, and real-world preparation."

Dr. Dorothy Collins
Vice President of Enrollment Services
Community College of Allegheny County
